  • Please specify shipping method on your purchase order.
  • Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or LTL carrier unless otherwise specified.Insurance is added to each carton when shipping via UPS or other common carriers.
  • All shipping claims are between customer and carrier once goods are shipped, whether customer or factory selects carrier.
  • Drop Shipments: $6.25(v) per location plus shipping charges. First location included.
  • Export Shipments: $25(v) per location plus shipping charges. All duties, taxes, and entry fees are customer’s responsibility.
  • US Mail Shipments: $15(V) charge applies to all shipments being sent via post office.


  • Net 30 days to approved accounts.
  • New Customer terms: Order may require prepayment or deposit.


  • The customer must inspect all goods immediately upon arrival, and within 7 days, give written notice to ACE Premiums of any claim. If the customer fails to give notice within 7 days, the customer has accepted and is bound to pay for the goods.
  • All returns must receive prior authorization from factory. Merchandise must be in original cartons.
  • All freight costs incurred are customer’s responsibility.
  • Restocking: 10% on blank goods; no returns on imprinted merchandise.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Customer will be charged all costs incurred until the date of cancellation.
  • Customer is responsible for freight, both to and from the factory. Prior authorization is required to return any goods.


  • ACE Premiums shall not be responsible for the inability to ship any order due to quota restrictions, clearing through Unites States customs, or freight delays.
  • Colors and textures of certain products may vary due to the manufacturing process or characteristic of material.
