PRODUCTION TIME/RUSH SERVICE

Blank goods ship within 24-48 hours.
Normal production time for imprint orders is 10-15 working days.
Production time is based on availability at time of order and credit approval.
FREE 7-Day Rush service available on all products upon request.
3-DAY RUSH available on most products for an additional charge. Please contact factory for 3-DAY SERVICE PRICING.

2. Order must specify RUSH; otherwise orders will ship within standard production time of 10-15 working days.

3. Order must be received by 11:00 am PST. (If order is received later, rush service starts the following day).

4. All orders are subject to credit approval. For customers who are required to prepay, production begins upon receipt of payment.

5. RUSH service begins upon receipt of order, art & complete instructions.

6. Submit artwork per required guidelines.

Prices include a one color, one position imprint, unless otherwise specified.
BLANK GOODS: Catalog pricing less $0.25(v).
LARGE QUANTITIES: Please call factory for pricing and delivery.
CO-OP PRICING: Available on all items. Please call factory for more information.
OVER & UNDERRUNS: Every effort is made to ship exact quantity. Factory reserves the right to ship 5% over or under quantity ordered and bill accordingly.
Please specify on P O if any promotions or specials are being used. Pricing will not be adjusted once order is processed by factory.
LESS THAN MINIMUM: $40(v) available on most items. Absolute minimum is 50% of the smallest catalog quantity of the item.

IMPRINT COLORS: All standard colors are available including metallic silver & gold.
DECORATING METHODS: Pad Printing, Screen Printing, Laser Engraving, and Debossing & Embroidery.
SCREEN/SETUP CHARGE: New Orders - $45(v) per color, per position. Repeat orders: $25(v) per color, per position.
ADDITIONAL COLOR/LOCATION: Pens & Highlighters - $0.25(v) running charge; Totes & Briefcase Bags/Portfolios - $0.60(v) running charge; All other items - $0.50(v) running charge per color, per location.
PMS MATCHING: PMS color match charge $25(v). Please provide PMS color desired. Exact color match is not guaranteed, especially on dark surfaces, however we will match the PMS color as closely as possible.
LASER ENGRAVING: Pens - No additional charge; Business Card Holders, Key Tags, Knives, Tools & Locks - $0.40(v) run charge; Albums, Clocks, Frames & Mugs - $0.60(v) run charge.
OXIDATION: Add $0.30(v) per piece.
DEBOSSING/EMBROIDERY: Call for details.
PERSONALIZATION: Call for details.

COPY CHANGE: Screen charge of $45(v) per color.
INK CHANGE: $12.50(v).
BATTERIES: Batteries included only in items specified. Cost for batteries: AAA - $0.25(v); AA - $0.25(v); C - $0.40(v), D - $0.50(v).

SPECIAL SERVICES

SAMPLES: Samples are not returnable and are billed at end quantity price plus freight.
PAPER PROOF: $10(v).
PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF: $35(v) per color, per location plus cost of item. Once order is approved, $45(v) screen charge will apply on the order.

ELECTRONIC ART: Art may be sent on a CD, Zip Disk or 3 ½" floppy disk. E-mail address for art is art@aceproductsusa.com. Please reference your purchase order number and company name along with your art. Please fax a copy of your artwork along with your order. Please convert all text to outline or vector format. Accepted Formats for Art: PDF, AI, CDR, or EPS, and TIFF or High Resolution JPG (300dpi or better) for 1 color only. Please send art in PC format for Illustrator CS, Corel Draw 12.0 or Photoshop CS.
BLACK & WHITE ARTWORK: Please send 200% larger than the imprint area listed. For multi-color art, please send art color separated.
Artwork will be sized for best appearance unless otherwise specified. If artwork requires touch-ups, we reserve the right to modify the artwork and charge accordingly.
Factory requires 1/16" registration tolerance for multi color imprints.
Artwork will be billed at $40(v) per hour.
TYPESETTING: $10(v) minimum charge.

Pens & Bags: Bulk packed.
All other items: Gift Boxed (Boxes may vary between a white box, silver box or a picture box).

Please specify shipping method on your purchase order.
Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or LTL carrier unless otherwise specified. Insurance is added to each carton when shipping via UPS or other common carriers.
All shipping claims are between customer and carrier once goods are shipped, whether customer or factory selects carrier.
DROP SHIPMENTS: $6.25(v) per location plus shipping charges. First location included.
EXPORT SHIPMENTS: $25(v) per location plus shipping charges. All duties, taxes, and entry fees are customer's responsibility.
U.S. MAIL SHIPMENTS: $15(V) charge applies to all shipments being sent via Post Office.

The customer must inspect all goods immediately upon arrival, and within 7 days, give written notice to ACE Products of any claim. If the customer fails to give notice within 7 days, the customer has accepted and is bound to pay for the goods.
All returns must receive prior authorization from factory. Merchandise must be in original cartons.
All freight costs incurred are customer's responsibility.
RESTOCKING: 10% on blank goods; no returns on imprinted merchandise.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Customer will be charged all costs incurred until the date of cancellation.

ACE Products shall not be responsible for the inability to ship any order due to quota restrictions, clearing through Unites States customs, or freight delays.
All artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on the products on this website are reproduced only as examples to illustrate the basic product and its ability to include messages and art on them. Products displayed are not intended to represent that they are either endorsed or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademarks.

Customer warrants that they have the right to use the artwork, logos that are requested to be placed on ACE Products merchandise.
Customer warrants that it shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ACE Products and its employees and agents against any claims for damages and costs, including but not limited to Attorney's fees and costs, in any cause of action including, but not limited to an infringement action as a result of imprinting the artwork.
